Anyway, today I want to talk about another feature of this site in which I have teamed up.
If you use this site at home, I have a special link that shows all the communities and/or homes I have previewed. It’s always changing based on homes selling and such, but it’s a neat little tool.
Also, in case there’s a different home you want to search out, go to the top of the page and begin…
For example. Maybe you’re interested in 757 Glen Cove Drive in Lake Land’or.
- Go to: http://franklymls.com/default.aspx?m=C&l=0&h=ALL&s=100237 (That’s the page with everything I have reviewed)
- Type in the address in the widgit box up top:
- Click on the address of the home you want to view:
- On the next page, you’ll see all the info that the listing agent added about the home.
- If you scroll down to the bottom, there is a place for other agents AND customers to put in their own thought and oppinions about the home. This is where you’ll find links to more photos of the home or community that I have been able to add.
- For #757 Glen Cove, I mentioned how cute the home was and added a link to pictures. Comments abou the home are in tan. Comments about the community are in grey.
- And the link in blue takes you to more info!
Now only homes that have the grey or tan bar at the top have been reviewed.
I have not done manyreviews yet, but I’m trying to get out once a week to look at these vacant homes and share more info from the buyer agent’s side. This should help you when you’re deciding which homes would be best to view your next time out.
