Last week, I gave you a post regarding the Treasury’s Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternative Program (HAFA). I wanted to share a recent flow chart and timeline that has been created to explain this program better.
If you’re a homeowner in Spotsylvania or Caroline Virginia who is facing the possibility of foreclosure or having any difficulties at all, be sure to get in touch with Jennifer or I to discuss options. There are many options other than selling your home, but they should be explored early.

I don’t think they will work for the first few months, but I’m hopeful that once everyone runs through them a few times it’ll work as proposed. Frankly, I’m not sure people will really qualify for it as often as many others think they will.
