The Wine and Gourmet Shop in Ladysmith, VA
Jennifer and I love local business and one of recent favorites is the Grapes of Taste Wine Shop in Ladysmith. We met Kay and Wayne Brooks at the shop and asked for permission to take a few pictures. We found them to be gracious hosts. With responsible prices and a great selection we plan on making this shop a frequent stop.
Grapes of Taste sits right next to the post office and as you can see has a very eye catching store front.

The Rotary Club of Caroline, and Grapes of Taste wine shop, will be hosting a Wine and Beer Festival at Ladysmith Day this year. It will be 11 am through 5 pm on May 22nd, at the Ladysmith Business Park. If you’re in Ladysmith and can walk to one of the club houses (in Lake Caroline, Lake Land’Or, or Ladysmith Village), I suggest taking one of the trolleys to and from the event!
