Smart Home Devices are in nearly every home in America at this point. How we address these devices in the listing and selling of real estate is an important matter to consider and a question that I’m often asked. Sample Language
“All smart home devices will convey as-is. All hubs, accessories, and peripherals necessary for the devices to work as intended shall be conveyed to the purchaser upon closing.”
